I know when I watched Oldboy a couple of years back I did so using a DVD from Netflix's DVD service (yes, that service still exists). Might be worth subscribing to for a month for this and while subscribed you could see if they have any other movies you've been wanting to watch but have been hard to find (that's exclusively what I have used it
as a person who has seen both i think they are both enjoyable to watch. I would love to see Spike lee's uncut version as well because i heard it was extremely violent but i think it was ok for Oldboy to be remade because even though the o. g. is on netflix no way in hell the dumb down masses will watch it.
